Charming atmosphere with local character.
The check-in process was quite tricky and frustrating, as no one was present at the reception during our arrival. It reminded me of an unnecessary hassle as I had to make multiple calls to access the hotel. The noise from the reception area disrupted our quiet time, unfortunate.

Loved the spacious room with its fine view of Piazza Castello! The kitchenette was super handy for snacks, and waking up to high ceilings was amazing. Just a heads up, getting in was a bit tricky after hours since there's no staff around to help.

Magnificent views of Piazza Castello, rich historical elements, fully equipped kitchenettes
Getting inside can turn into a mini scavenger hunt with that complicated intercom system!!! The noise from both the reception area and outside streets can really disrupt your peace!!! The air conditioning needs a serious upgrade!!!

Fine location with charming views
I was completely enchanted by the view from my room, which boasted two balconies that opened right onto Piazza Castello. The huge ceiling and modern bathroom really complemented the historic vibe of the place. The charming girl at the reception made our arrival easy with great suggestions for local spots. Taking care of the complex entry process can be a bit stressful, especially after regular hours, since getting in can be tricky at times.

I stayed in the Beautiful Suite with View for 1 night and the room was huge with super high ceilings! The biggest win was definitely the two balconies overlooking the beautiful Piazza Castello. It's perfect for sipping coffee while watching the hustle and bustle. The kitchenette was a nice bonus too! But getting in was a hassle, as you need to use an intercom to enter the building, and sometimes it could be a bit stressful if reception isn't around.
